Do you offer custom projects?
Yes, we do custom projects for as little as 250 pieces of KidDoughs, and Dough to Go or as little as 1000 pieces on KidDough Play Kits. Please reach out to our creative director for custom

Can I get a paper catalog?
Yes. Please email our administrator to get a copy of our current paper catalog.
Do you offer samples?
We do not have a sampling program. If you’d like to check out our products in person, please come visit us at a trade show, showroom,or contact one of our local sales reps who have samples to check out in person.
Can I sell EGKD Products on Amazon, Ebay, or other similar platforms?
No. You may sell EGKD Products on your own store website.
Do you have a MAP policy?
Yes. Sales are allowed to be no more than 10% off of MSRP for more than 30 days.
Do you offer zip code exclusivity?
We do offer zip code exclusivity on Faire, however we cannot guarantee exclusivity outside of the platform.
Where do you ship from and are your products manufactured?
Our products are both made and shipped from Vancouver, Washington in the United States of America.
What is the shelf life of KidDough?
The shelf life of unopened KidDough is 1 year, plus 6 months of play time once opened. The more it is played with, the longer it lasts!
What kinds of dyes are used in your products?
Food Dyes are used to color our products. This does include both numbered and naturally derived dyes dependent on the color.
What is in the natural scents used in your products?
Each scent is unique in the blend used to achieve the scent.Essential oils, naturally- derived plant-based aroma isolates, and baking extracts are used whenever possible and comprise 99% of our scent blends.
