Our Team

Cali is our founder, CE-Dough, and creative dough-rector. Her background in chemistry, baking, and mom-hood brought us the fantastically squishy, natural, long lasting KidDough that started it all. Her background in design and party planning and her love for all things tiny brought us the Play Kits that launched our kits into worldwide success! Cali loves a good theme in all parts of daily life and any reason to celebrate. She lives with her husband and the 3 kiddos that started it all in Camas, Washington.

Megan is a Colorado native, finding her home in the Rocky Mountains while her happy place is the ocean. After coaching gymnastics for 20 years, her body needed a rest from catching flying kids. This led to a career in the Toy Industry, starting in customer service. She quickly grew passionate about the people in the industry, which led her to her current role as Sales Manager. Megan married her high school sweetheart, with 2 grown kids, a sweet dog, and a crazy cat. She loves being outdoors camping, paddleboarding, or taking care of her flowers in her garden.

Reyna was born and raised in Las Vegas and after a brief stint in the San Francisco area for graduate school, she was drawn to the Pacific Northwest. Reyna has settled into the Finance department at Earth Grown KidDoughs where she embraces her love of numbers, though outside of work she is an author with a recently published book. When she's not taking too many pictures of her doggos, Thyra Winifred and Eloise Nightingale, or adventuring around with her tiny stuffed octopus, Oswald, she is probably drinking tea, reading or writing, and watching the 1999 cinematic masterpiece, The Mummy.

Liz has worked in every dough-partment of Earth Grown KidDoughs and knows everything it takes to keep them running smoothly! She is a mom of two sporty kids and moved to the Pacific Northwest from sunny San Diego. Liz likes sports, sports, and more sports. Her husband also owns a doughnut shop, so she is the queen of the dough puns!

Jackie is a Southern Californian who recently fulfilled a lifelong dream of living in the beautiful PNW. After spending ten years with the Walt Disney Company, she is happy to still be making extra-dough-nary magic for kids with the Earth Grown KidDoughs team. When she is not handing out stickers at work, she can be found making crafts with her partner and their cat, Shadow, reading, looking at bugs, or playing video games.

Sol is who keeps production running as smooth as our dough here at Earth Grown KidDoughs. When they’re not keeping our projects running smoothly, you’ll find them making intricate art and crafting tiny, beautiful things by hand with their cat Vinnie. Their passion for the small stuff-both at work and in their art- keeps our standards high and our team inspired.

Kelsey is a mom of three girls, graphic designer and photographer behind Earth Grown KidDoughs. She lives in South Carolina with her family and love styling flatlays. Her favorite KidDoughs to style are anything holiday and the Root Beer Scent is her household favorite!

Ali is our senior graphic designer, focusing on all things packaging. A founding contributor to our branding, Ali makes sure every package and display that leaves our warehouse has a sprinkle of KidDough magic. When he isn’t designing for KidDoughs, Ali is a devoted dad who works on his many artistic side projects with his wife in Southern California.
